    Had to pop into my branch this morning to pay some cheques in so while I was there ....

    At customer adviser desk (woman who had worked there for years) :

    Me : Good morning, I am a customer here and I am doing a p/t postgraduate MSc in September. I just wondered if I qualified for any banking benefits as a student ?

    Bank : Err, what's that ?

    Me : Sorry, what ?

    Bank : That Msc thing

    Me : It's a postgraduate qualification, a Masters

    Bank : Oh

    I won't bother recounting the rest of the conversation but needless to say I qualify for zilch.

    *sighs*

    Good job some people know what an MSc is !

    Lol yeh. I had to explain that a postgrad is something you do after a "normal" type of degree. She seemed to understand that (sort of) :rolleyes:

    Well if you had mentioned the MCSE to her, I'm sure she would have known it stands for Minesweeper Consultant Solitaire Expert. :)
