Almost ready for the 70-680 exam,where can I get a voucher pls? anyone know test location in west london or north london? do I pay cash at test venue?

You'll need to register with Prometric - you pay through them, not in cash at the test centre. From Prometric's site you specify 'Microsoft' as the course sponsor, and follow the menus through until you reach a list of test centres. Click on the ones near you, and check to see what dates they're offering the exam you want.
