    I want to know that can I sit for 70-536 exam using only VB.NET

    From what I found on the web you do get to choose your language of preference, however as I have not taken this exam myself, I can not say 100%

    You get to choose at the start.. its offered in 3 languages, C#, VB.NET and Visual C++.NET

    Whatever language you choose thats the language that is used throughout the whole exam. Also your language choice is NOT reflected in your transcript
