On the cisco tracker I have apparently achieved this, but... what the hell is it.

..I did google and find the answer but is this something worth adding to a CV for example, i've never actually heard of it/seen it until I saw the blue square on the cisco certification progress portion of the cisco website.

true, but I like it!

There doesnt seem to be a lot of information around about it, except that its a (US) federal government training thing. Presumeably in that case, it would be largely useless outside a fed position, but worth including should you apply for one, or if the employer asks for it.
