Phil is a System Administrator of a finance company. One of Phil's windows 2000 servers is not behaving correctly. It is very inconsistent and crashes often. Phil suspects that one of the drivers is the cause of the problem. To try and isolate which driver is the source of the problem, Phil decides to filter the drivers that are not signed by Microsoft. Which utility will he use to accomplish this task?

    A) sigchecker.exe

    B) sigcheck.exe

    C) sigverif.exe

    D) sigverifier.exe

    Far too easy

    Correct answer is: C

Explanation: sigverif.exe is the correct answer. The others do not exist. Note that this is a command-line tool that will create a report. In this report will be outlined the drivers currently installed on a given machine that are not digitally signed by Microsoft.
