Software: proxy, Bandwidth Control, User Management/Mail IMAP server

Hi,

I'm looking for software solutions for:

1. I have a testing server at home and I would like to have something like proxy server so I could block some websites or allow access to them in some particular time, limit bandwidth for a specific clients, block some programs like P2P.
Is there some software that meet that needs?
Is the Microsoft ISA server will be good or maybe some free solution? I've also checked Kerio WinRoute but I'm not sure if it's suitable.

2. Mail IMAP server, some alternative for exchange best if it would be free

Regs
