ADFS deployments are growing, as are O365 installations. FIM knowledge can also be extremely useful.
I'd say, yes, those skills are in demand and at an accelerated rate based on what I see from my side of the fence.

Hello Guys,
I have started a new role and I have being in it for 4 months now,
I do alot of Office365 deployments, and I integrate Office365 with the client existing infrastructure using tools such as FIM for identity management and AD FS 2.0 for single sign on.
Are these skills in demand does it look good for people who do work like this?
What future roles can I get with what I am doing now?
