Zyxel are now offering their associate level courses in Networking (Switches), Security, WLAN (Wifi), and Nebula (their management software) for free.

I find these days, there's tons of free training on offer. Someone could become very well rounded doing all of these, I think certainly if you felt you were weak in an area, someone would be doing a free course that would help
