In addition to that already said...

Another curve ball to think of is the state of the economy. I'm looking to move on now/near-future but am putting it off (for many reasons) but mainly because of the economy - the turmoil has definitely begun and we don't know where it'll end nor how bad it'll get - moving locations and/or jobs could put you in a position of "first in, first out".

Just an extra bit of info, Leeds usually has a good jobmarket for IT.

 

I think you mean last in first out! otherwise it'll be the new boy turning the lights out and locking up!
