I have since changed my desktop...the link below is what it was last week...so 2nite when I get home I will have the new look destktop...but not sure how long I will be keeping this one...cos I have a habit of changing it all the time...

pretty cool looking arisen but care to explain what and where all the wee bits and bobs are on there?

looks way too busy for my liking! but still, very nice!

 

Well most of what you see there are just widgets from yahoo's konfabulator: www.konfabulator.com

It's a cool program, very friendly, minimal nightmares.

Other than that there's Windows media player 9.0 minimised in the taskbar, along with the microsoft virtual desktop manager there too, and i've also inserted My Computer into the taskbar so i can get at my files without having to open up endless folders, it's much quicker!

Yeah i don't usually have all my widgets running like that! just for the screenshot

 

he got them mostly from a program called Konfabulator cos thats where I got most of mine too...but then I stopped using that cos it just didnt help...so I use mine from wincustomize instead...alot better...

 

haven't really delved into wincustomize to great detail so didn't realise they offered that kinda stuff too! ta!

 

oh yeah they do...my desktop has none of the original icons...check out the screenshot link....but I will be posting the latest look 2nite..

 

Hey arisen - just a small (and hopefully not too cheeky) question - for such a Firefox-centric desktop, why still the big blue E right in the middle ?

right I have changed my desktop again?!?!? I cant stay with one configuration I have to change all the time...anyway this one is a bit risque so I wont be showing it on CF...instead I am going to upload it on the Wincustomize site...once its been approved then I will post the link here...of course if anyone wants a sneek peak just PM me...
