is Crystal XP like bart-PE and Mini-pe? A cut down customised XP containing things liek Office, Anti-virus and system testing apps?

I'd like to put names to faces too and I'd like to go back up the meat market as its been a while since I have been. The last time I was there some bird ran of with my shirt when I was unlucky enough to go to Ritzys apparently now its called Ikon but still full of tarts.
