I just played the worst game of five a side football in my life

i thinking of giving up i was that bad

Does anyone have any pick me up advice and maybe some advice on touch, shooting and positioning!!!

Pointless topic i know.......

 

Everyone has the odd bad game, you can't be perfect all the time. Your day will come again and you'll find yourself feeling stupid that you even thought about quitting!

On the subject of shooting: Follow the advice we always give to the football team I help run, if in doubt, shoot, I don't care if you hit the fecking corner flag just HIT IT!

(we've had difficulty finding the back of the net recently so we're going for quantity rather than quality in our shooting for a bit!)
