Here I get told off for being too quiet. My latest review "weaknesses" came out as too quiet and lacking in confidence so it deffo won't be that Mariusz.

anyway I wrote my opinion according to my experiences from working with people, and I didn't say that she talks too much, just wrote maybe, and left the final opinion for her (as a suggestion not a will to insult, and by her above post I can see she's the only one who understood me), not for people that would like to call me troll only because we have different opinions about the same subject.

Won't answer in this topic again, as it has no point (or maybe I am this kind of troll). it is easy to jump on somebody when there's few of you.

PS: another story from my life. when I was about 23 (it was 2002) I got a job in IT. there was 2 of us in the room. Me, and one polite and understanding, willing to help guy. I was trying to make conversations with him all the time, and was asking quite often how to sort out my work related problems (I was trainee and he was my supervisor with few years of exp). After some time the guy was pretending he can't hear me, he was sick of me (because I was annoying), and I could see it, but he never told me so. So what did I do? I stopped talking. Until I really had something to say. Today the guy is my good friend.

 

Moral of the story guys.

If the same thing as what you said above happens when you open your mouth in real life, I can safely say I can understand people wanting you to shut up.

I was going to comment on Mariusz's story but it was too long and boring. Having said that, perhaps you could not bother going to work, then you wouldn't have long an boring stories to bore us with. Happy to help.

lol reminds me when I called my first IT director a c**t in a blazing row on my first ever IT job. He was removed as the IT director soon after probably because the MD thought he was one as well.

Getting back on topic I think I think you shoudl definately have a word with him even just to say you thought it was out of order the way that he spoke to you and maybe ask him if he requires any help or something like that. Hopefully it is just because he realised he made a major f-up but it may be something else like he doesnt know the procedure or something like that.

I also hope he doesnt start blabbing his whole life to you and how everything is going wrong yada yada yada
