Hello everyone! I’m back again! Last time I was here I had been promoted to a Team Lead position and was struggling with comments and jealousy from my colleagues who I had been promoted over.

Since then I have been promoted again, this time to the role of Operations Manager and the “troublemakers” have left. I now have a fantastic team which I’ve put together.

The experience has given me much more confidence in my role and my new team are happy in their jobs and work with minimal supervision - exactly how it should be!

I’m now looking to pick up some new skills for myself and the team. Maybe some cloud certifications and Kubernetes.
