Umm.... I know who writes the MS exams. At least, one of the exams - I know someone who managed one of the exam teams a few years back... and I found out from him where the rest of his team came from. My friend was from America. Most of the rest of his team, sadly, were not (and no, I don't mean they were from the UK, either).
