Well it will be the first Christmas I wont be seeing my parents as they are away, so will be doing my own spread at my house with my girlfriend and kids.. not expecting much as my cooking skills aren't the best, probably going to cook a nice beef joint and and whole chicken.. trying to do it on a budget as we have other bills looming. Safe to say January will be a month of despair in regards to money!

Normally it alternates every year were the in-law, auntie or family friend will do Xmas dinner. This year though it's out turn as last year my in-laws wanted to cook as it was the last Xmas in the family home before they downsized.

    Standard routine at crimbo.

Christmas eve @ pub, usually until around 3/4am, then stroll to my folks place.

Wake up at 10, go to pub for 11-1 - stroll home, have dinner. stroll back to put christmas eve for a lock in.

Wake up, open presents on behalf of our 9 month old Baby Ce127 and despair as she finds more joy in the noisy paper than the items people bought for her.

Go to the inlaws for the main act of Xmas day. Try to enjoy xmas dinner as best as possible whilst keeping aforementioned 9 month old entertained :p. Get forced to pose for countless number of photos, because it's not enough to just enjoy situations if you can't photo and put 'em on FB seemingly.

Go home. Bedtime for Baby Ce127 and then relax on sofa with Mrs Ce127, choosing to watch one of the xmas films we have recorded by that point.

Odd one this year as Jane is working Xmas day and Boxing day (She is a midwife).
So, probably get up about 6 with Jane and open the prezzies. She will go off to work, me and the Dog will go for a nice walk down the river about 9, then over to the parents for 10ish.

Will help out there and get stuff ready, then meet a couple of mates at the Pub for an hour. Back to the parents just in time for the nephews to arrive and for chaos to ensue. Dinner about 3, by then the dog (and nephews) will be knackered so bit of a wind down. Home for about 17:30 and chill out till Jane comes home at 8.

Then on the 27th, everyone is coming over to us!!

We are getting married next year (Dec 29th) and all her family are over from New Zealand so a bit intense :)

Over to my folks to over indulge in food and presents with my wife and two little ones.

Lots of good food so really looking forward to it (I have a nice long holiday as I am now not due back to the office until the 4th of Jan :D)
