Hi Arroyn, I really enjoyed the The Blade Itself, so much that I had to go buy the next two in the trilogy.

I have also read Graceling, that is good I would recommend it.

I have just read Dead before Dark by Charlaine Harris, I go through phases with books, sometimes can't get enough, and at others find it really hard to get into books. It was a good trashy read for the train, want to get a few more books so I can get into them again.

No, you were clear. :) Note that I said that I no longer compare my "career and experience" to others. There's no reason to. :)

My wife is currently into all of these saucy vampire books like 'True Blood'.

    Should I be worried?

It's just, she normally doesn't read...

Currently, after bowing to bookworm peer pressure, I am reading The Kite Runner. Still only a few chapters in but so far it's worthy of the hype. A remarkable read so far.

Before that I was reading Bambi vs Godzilla which I jacked in after 3 or 4 chapters. The writing style is ridiculously over-complex for the subject matter so I tossed it aside and picked up The Kite Runner.

At the moment I'm reading Thief of Time by Terry Pratchett.

The one before this was The Truth by Terry Pratchett.

The one after this will be Monstrous Regiment by Terry Pratchett.

Reading the 680 book and Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. After that I'll lighten it up with the new Pratchett book the onto the last thre Ian McEwan novels - I miss so many books because of work and study though having mobireader on my blackberry allows me to snatch the odd chapter here and there

The last 9 books i have read have been part of the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. Very very funny witty tails about the misadventures of Chicagos only wizard. Cannot stress what a good read they have been.

Last non tech book I read was the time travellers (one of the older doctor who books) read it before and really enjoyed it. Normally though when I have a break from tech books I read Andy McNab books or similar (nice and easy reads and cheap to pick up in charity shops, got a couple of signed ones that way).
