I used to take part in Cisco local academy, I didn't pass final exam as my parent cannot afford it. Now I would like to get ccna cert, I know I have to refresh my knowledge as I study nearly 10 years ago. What I yours opinion should I do, I was thinking about some online course and /or books, and some router simulator to labs. Is there any course you can recommend?

Welcome, I would suggest having a look on YouTube for any CCNA related videos and go from there.

You will want to invest in some books, I used to like Wendell Odom or Todd Lammle as authors.

I would advise to go for Network+ cert. It will refresh your memory on basic networking concepts. From there, you can pursue for CCNA, which requires a lot of hand-on training that builds on top of basic networking concepts. I wish you good luck on your job search after acquiring CCNA.
