What call logging system do you use at work?

Currently using HP openview servicedesk, have used remedy and assyst in the past.

I used to use Heat in the last place I worked, but I was 1 of 20+ techs, now its just me and I use hesk, its a free web based system, and took about 10 minutes to set up.

 

At my last place, we used both HP Openview and Remedy, current place uses Omnis which is a bag of crap.

 

My last employer used TrackIT. Seemed to work pretty well for the little I used it.

We use Bugzilla. Can't complain about it.

ah touchcloth! We used to use it here, but only tangibly in my time (if we needed to look at older calls). We've been using infra here for years. Its.... well its a bit ****e if im honest. Still it logs calls.

 

We use Peregrine Servicecentre. I wish it was more colourful

 

Surely it gets bonus points for the name?

 

Infra 8 at the moment, but we're in the process of upgrading to 9

 

AI Office reports... software is very old now more commonly known as Oak http://www.oak.co.uk/index.php
