That was a great little video, I felt for a while I was watching a sex ed style documentary, which made me feel weird.

I'm tempted to mail this to everyone in the company I work for so that they can maybe understand why their internet access sometimes runs a little slowly while they all read facebook

Yes, it can be a useful little tutorial and the style of presentation is quite good. It's some years old now but always worth a watch.
