VPS hosting recommendation

We have a VPS to host our website with 123-reg, and now I am beyond frustrated with them. Anyone good out there, good technical support and just not answering "it's not our problem, re-image the server" is the main thing I am looking at, even over spec. It's not a massive website, and is Drupal-based so we need Linux / PHP / MySQL.

Webfusion are the same company, so they are out too.

I've had very good experiences with OVH, and their range of insanely cheap dedicated servers. They've just launched a new VPS range which may be worth a look.

Their support is strictly hardware only though, but they do offer quite an array of readymade images to get you going (theres a LAMP one with Webmin control panel, for example).
