Windows key shortcuts are also very useful:

    # Windows Key + D
Minimizes all windows and shows the Desktop.

    # Windows Key + D
Opens all windows and takes you right back to where you were.

    # Windows Key + F
Displays the Find all files dialog box.

    # Windows Key + L
    Lock your Windows XP computer.

    # Windows Key + M
    Minimizes all open windows.

    # Windows Key + Shift + M
Restores all previously open windows to how they were before you Minimized them.

    # Windows Key + R
    Displays the Run command.

    # Windows Key + F1
    Displays the Windows Help menu.

    # Windows Key + Pause/Break

Nice set of commands there Jk, although I must say I find the runas command not to be very useful unless your scripting a start up item for a member of IT/Dev team, runas must use cleartext to parse passwords which is no good for your security, much easier to shift right click runas on the app you want to use. (CPAU is better for me in my environment).

Another thing I found the other day for those of you with xp and IE7 browsers and upwards is that you cant run IE as admin and get to the control panel, however you can if you look in the windows folder for the hidden ie7 folder and in there will be the old executable for IE6 which you can run as admin to get to the control panel, saves the whole logging out and back in again debacle.
