To date I have typically done self study to pass certifications following employer provided courses however looking to gain knowledge in areas they are unlikely to provide.

Possibly looking at Firebrand training for ITIL Foundations and or MCITP: Server Administration and wondered if anyone had experience of either of these two courses and mainly the company.

I've seen very little other than good comments blogged about the company in its current and previous incarnation. The majority of opinions I have see of either type good / bad have been here on these forums.

Just looking for anything to mull over when considering this particular company. Any advice very much appreciated.
