Morning all

Bit of a random question perhaps but does anyone know of some type of software where you can have setting in a document - like a word document, where it has a date and time where this automatically stops people from editing - but saves the work in the current state?

We sometimes often have issues where people claim that they have tried to submit something past a deadline - citing technical issues with the uploading side and while this is investigated - they potentially have more time to complete what they have already done giving them an unfair advantage.
