Hi I'm no IT technichian, however, I did make a website for a client.

With a certain amount of naivety I did not set out the price and exactly WHAT they would get for the money....

and so It began!

It started as a brochure web site (ie 5 pages - the traditional home page, contact us, about us, etc) and turned into a picture gallery for their holidays a blog site, a rolling news letter.
THEN it became an online shop, then music clips were added to the shop,

lesson to be learnt here folks!
ANYWAY!

One day I had an email, 'Oh no! I dont know what you have done but the sound clips have gone all fuzzy. They were okay before now its sounding terrible!'

I tried the website on different PC's and it all sounded good to me.
Turns out he'd altered the settings on his speakers.
