    An Award-winning IT provider of computer support services to clients across the UK are looking for an experienced, IT telephone Helpdesk Support technician to join their team in XXXXXXXX.You will be communicating, supporting and providing solutions to our growing client base of small/medium sized businesses so if you have clear, articulate communication skills with strong listening and probing questioning ability this could be the ideal time to join this expanding company.

    You will need to demonstrate experience in:

    ·Helping a wide variety of clients over the telephone with IT issues

    ·Configuring and maintaining Windows Server products, particularly Small Business Server.

    ·Maintaining Windows 2003, 2007, 2011 desktops

    ·Troubleshooting Exchange problems

    Ideally you will have a Microsoft qualification (eg, MSDST, MCPS) and knowledge of Apple Macs, Linux is advantageous, but not essential.
