First of all I'd like to say hello to everyone here.

I'm a recent grad with a little help desk work experience and am really struggling to get interviews or even response from my CV. I'd really appreciate it if the people here would have a look at it.

Also I do actually have my a job interview on Thursday, the role is as help desk analyst 1st line support with a bit of 2nd line apparently. I'm very nervous, do these interviews usually involve a lot of questions about customer service? I do have quite a lot of experience with it so hopefully I can do ok.
