    What is the best software to monitor network internet usange in real time and previous times. From time to time our internet gets a bits slow and gets very hard to tell what or which system is causing it.

    Not sure about the best tools, however have you checked out Solarwind? They have a few free tools that you can download and use. Apart from that are you using Microsoft ISA? That does reports on usage (depending on how you set it up) or if you have a product like Sophos Web Security, Bloxx, etc they do reports on web traffic also.
