Hi All,

skillsoft have created a list of the top paying IT Certs based on what they see in the market. I'd take this with a pinch of salt but it's certainly a good starting point to do your research on what certs can lead to what sorts of monies. My issue with reports like this are that no one can know what salary an individual will get, but as I say, it's a start. Sadly listed in US dollars for those of you in other countries. Also while it does say link to training, and takes me to Global Knowledge, an excellent organisation, again do your own research as Google for instance, give you a lot of their training for free, as do VMware for certain things. Always exhaust the free triaining before you pay for some I'd say, particularly if it's from the vendor who defines the exam!

Appreciate your feedback mate and I wasn't sure either. I was hoping someone would comment as you have so thank you. Great work on the Blockchain cert, I've not heard of it but I'd imagine a huge growth area and that I'm out of touch with the latest and greatest.

I think, can't anyone create their own blockchain and currency? Certcoin! ha ha

 

I'm sure there's a lot of good in that industry but that its rife with scams and bad actors, with it not being as regulated as the traditional FIAT gov backed melarky
