    It's not a trick question at all. The 'prefectionist' answer is good, but too many people have used it - so it's watered down a bit.

    Since everyone has a weakness, the point of the question is what's yours & what have you done to mitigate it.
    Examples:
    - I take work home and it use to cut into family time. However, my very understanding spouse and I prioritize and schedule the important dates so I don't miss family events anymore.
    - Time management used to be an issue, but it was resolved once I started using my agenda book (i.e palm, diary; etc...) and it hasn't been a concern for 2-yrs.

    Just ignore it and pretend they didnt ask it. Then when they ask it again: "I sometimes randomly ignore questions".

    It must never be 88 Degrees when I am around. I suffer from Dave's Syndrome (read some of the quotes on the site by the way. cracked me up)
