syncronizing files and folders.

    I have inherited a network, I have redirected everyones desktop and my documents to store on the server which is backed up each night so each computer sycronises with the server.

    One of my users has a computer which has very little space on the C: Drive forcing him to save files on his D: Drive, resulting in these files not automatically backing up.

    Is there any way, in active directory i can get the folder on the D: Drive to automatically sycronise with the server and upload its contents without affecting the space on the C: Drive?
