Sybex online resources problems

As the title say, problems with Sybex online resources TestBank. I just picked up Sybex MCSA: Windows 10 (70-697) study guide and followed the steps to get an access code and then hit a brick wall.

While trying to register to use the online resources for the book is where the trouble started, firstly Safari wouldn't even open the page, then in firefox (and IE) the page loads but kept giving an error message "incorrect email format" the format in question is [email protected].

Is anyone else having trouble registering to use the TestBank, or would I have been better off getting the Microsoft exam Ref instead
