Why do Microsoft and CompTIA along with other places that you can get certs in sue the braindump companies?

Why are these places not being closed down quicker?

Like the training companiy mention here today with certain PDF files that contain answers for exams, why havent they been closed down yet?

Microsoft did sue a certain brain dump company.

 

Because they're outside the scope of EU and US law; typically these sites are hosted in Russia, China etc

There is one that is named after an English name and it has everything I found it before I joined here and didn;t know any better.

 

Just because they have an English name doesn't mean they operate in England or the US...
