Study time over Christmas

    I tend to find Christmas time gets quieter than the rest of the year as my customers go into change freezes. With that in mind, and work permitting, I plan on doing a ton of training to make the most of my time. Do you do this? Have you got any plans to do the same or perhaps sit an exam before 2022?

    I'm not entirely sure what I'll focus on yet but I'll start thinking about it tomorrow

    Totally. Im hoping to get my AWS CCP and Linux Essentials before the end of December. I did have three certs planned for this year but time has just got away from me.

    Thank you mate. A buddy of mine from my team recently left to go work on this for Google so I'll check in on him too come to think of it. Definitely a huge growth area for the industry isn't it

    It's not over the Christmas period unfortunately, but Teeside is offering a credit bearing course in AI for £50 starting the end of January :)

    I am taking advantage of the XMas slowdown to stufy, sadly that's for quite a punishing looking Q1 project list though. Google cloud is topping my list, but I'm finding once you know two clouds, adding a third doesn't seem to be all that troublesome.

    Do you still need to do an approved classroom study course to be eligible for VCP these days or did VMware do away with that requirement?

    You still need the course requirement I’m afraid unless you pass an exam to renew a current valid VCP I think within two years of passing the last one
