Having a reasonable grasp of client-side web technologies (mainly html) I am really keen to up the ante and get into the server-side stuff such as asp, asp.net etc.

I wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction for studying and gaining certification in these areas of web technology?

    All help gratefully received. :p

    Depends what you are after.
The MCAD/MCSD certs are still well recognised, or you may want to go for the newer 2005 MCPD stuff.

To be honest, everything you need to know is on the microsoft/learning website.

The important thing to do is to see where you are now and decide where you want to end up.

Thanks for such a swift reply, JonnyMX! I appreciate the pointers. So you think that I'd be better off going directly to Microsoft rather than any 3rd party training providers?

    Anyhow, I'll keep reading around.
