Ah, the idiocy of the layman. I get asked to burn quite a few CDs - text files, spreadsheets, that kind of thing - and you can bet that at least once a week someone will say "Can you put them on the CD in order?"

Then there's the ones who think all they have to do is ask for supervisor accounts and we'll give them out to all and sundry.

But who needs an IT department these days? Those computers practically run themselves .
