We're OK- they're coming home in a canoe, singing with the locals, and playing guitar and banjo :)

    Hangover never......

Well truth be known Phoenix was feeling a bit delicate this morning. I shall upload some pics later or I'll email them to Phoe and he will stick them on his web site.

However this one is from the pub we went to after the meal and they were waiting to kick us out......

So what did we learn from this weekends exploits. Raffaz likes Kababs and there arn't that many kabab shops were we where, Phoenix likes a drink and starts speaking like he's from South Africa, SGUK has an egg problem (I'll let him expand on that if he wants to), Boyce should stay clear of the bus (he may even get home today!!!) and I can't keep up with Phoenix or Raffaz in the drinking stakes :(

Delicate is definatly the word :)
Altho I think SGUK was pretty bad too lol

This is what happens when half of your 14 pints are drunk before a meal!

I'll upload some pics shortly, I didnt take any at the meal as we were heading straight out to a bar afterwards which is not the place for a D200 :)

However I did get a few nice ones in at the pub we all congregated in after we arrived in Birmingham

you will be pleased to know theres already talk of arranging more frequant events in different locales, possibly with on in the Spring

Special thanks to Boyce for all the hard work mate, corker of a night
The lovely ladies at Locantas for putting up with us all night
And to the dedicated CF guys who turned up and made it a cracking event, nice way to roll into the holidays I say

Lets not repeat the Archive bit incident next time though!

Oh no! There wasn't a load of shop talk was there? I went out for lunch with some mates from work last week and we got into a heated debate about the pros and cons of Vista, looked like a right bunch of nerds.:D

Looks like a great time had by everyone - and I am LIKING all those empties lined up on the table...:biggrin

Pissed off that I couldn't go, but am in the throes of desperately trying to save my marriage - and I can't see a jolly boys' outing going down too well at the minute - especially since I ****ed off three times in the past week to see Slayer, Peeping Tom and Tool :blink

Not been around much lately, due to aforementioned marital strife and being mega busy at work - hope to be able to get back to posting again in the next couple of weeks

Can you not take the wife to the gigs? You can send her to the bar to buy beer so you don’t miss anything 8)

Looks like a stonking night indeed, Guys. Well done to all who took part - spesh to Boyce for the hard graft to get it on it's feet.

Hey AJ and Ryan - now I understand why some of those "convos" we had last night were, erm... less than lucid and more on the lairy (sp?) side ??!! :biggrin

    Great stuff Guys :clap

    Wow! Cracking night. :D

It was great to meet you all. I am Looking forward to the next one already. :biggrin

Sorry for missing breakfast guy's but I just couldn't get to sleep 'till 4am due to the *loud* wind noise (outside my room :) ).

Woke about eleven, had a quick shower and walked to the bus depot. It took over an hour, but i did stop in Tesco for some breakfast (Phoenix- the kebab place was open when i passed it the second time :biggrin ) and had a nose around the lovely German Christmas markets.
As luck would have it, there was a bus waiting in the depot which was virtually empty, so they said I could hop on that and arrived home 2 hours early. :)

Brilliant, roll on the next one. :thumbleft

    Si
