Hi all
I am currently starting a home study course Btec in computer engineering and with the course i recieve a A+ study guide all in one book, anybody taken the Btec course or any tips on the A+ side of things, my job at the moment is a network installer / cabling engineer and i want to venture into tech support / ICT side of IT any guidance would be much appreciated.
