I just picked up my account again, I'm so pathetic I keep going back for some reason...

Nope, we all moved over to WoW a long time ago, and then quit that too and went back to fun real life activities... like studying

Haha yeah I moved over to WoW and played for about a year, just decided to renew my subscription on EQ and see what is new, it's just so complicated nowadays, you gotta be ridiculous hard core to play it it seems, everyone in those games are just elitists without RLs

 

Yep. I spent a good two years of my life on EQ and then WoW. Ended up realising that even if I played it as much as I could I still wouldn't be as good as a more hardcore player on the server.

Meh.

Logic is that if I spend my time studying instead of playing then I'll be able to get a better job, which means more money, which means I can buy an EQ/WoW account and save myself the hassle (I'm not encouraging this by the way )

I've just fallen back into WoW and I have no idea why....

Seriously, what is the point of this damn game? I seem to spend my entire time travelling around rather than actually doing anything...

and yet I still keep going back.

at least I lose less time in WoW than I ever did playing Eve. I'd sit down to play ten minutes of that and the next thing you know its 3 in the morning...

 

I used to play EVE Online but as I was made redundant subscription became too expensive. Now when I'm not addicted anymore I don't think I'll be coming back.
