Hi Thomas, sorry only just read your PM. Unfortunately one of the thins which causes us the greatest hassle with our current filter is the fact its Linux and therefore lacks a nice easy management interface. I'm more than willing to get my hands dirty and play with config files etc but unfortunately the rest of the team here aren't Linux savvy and we need something we can all administer.

Up until now our outsourcing company have managed matters but this is causing us (more specifically me!) difficulties all its own.

It’s got a web GUI(postfix will be done through webmin too) and also can run on windows ;) (never put it on their though, no point paying the extra ££ and memory is at a premium on our esxi servers:)), only the install is a pain for the novice once that’s out the ways its easy streets but like I said in the PM I would be more than happy to help

Also we have been testing out Micosoft online(Hosted exchange and forefront £3.36 per mailbox PCM) with lots off success

We outsource our spam filters to http://www.altman.co.uk/emailsecurity/index.php

I know they arn't cheap, but you just point your MX record at them and Bob's your fathers brother. Some stuff gets stopped that shouldn't, but you get an email telling you it has stalled. Very little spam gets through with is important. Also by doing it this way there is no box on site that could fail.
