yup, you can download it, but if you have a slow link or a monthly data tariff, it's great to be able to order free.

Ordered it just for giggles. Didn't say I even had to pay postage.

 

Well work said it was okay - so I downloaded it ages ago...also downloaded and installed Sun Studio 11, as you need an app to really have a reason I reckon

 

Yeah, I originally downloaded Solaris 10 about a year ago. I *think* (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, or even if I'm not) they update the install DVD periodically though. So I went ahead and order another copy anyway.
