Sky channels on pc

My next door neighbour has just asked me if its possible to get the golf channel (free on sky but not available on freeview) on the pc through a dvb tuner or something, does anyone know if its possible?

Think you just answered the question there mate...if its not on freeview then no chance of getting it on the dvb tuner which I believe only does free channels too....unless he whacks a normal TV tuner into the PC, order Sky and away he goes...I did that 2 years ago myself...watching Sky thru my PC...it didnt half confuse the installation guy when he came round...and he certainly had a story to tell his work mates
