Hi all

I'm one month into my career with ServiceNow as an Advisory Solution Consultant. As part of this, we are encouraged to get certified, so I'm going to study for and pass the CSA exam. I'll keep you posted on what materials I use, but I've noticed ServiceNow do tons of free learning material which you can access here

We also make it fun gamifying things a little with badges.

Will do, not to sound daft because I work there but the technology is really great. I'm loving the move away from VMware, not that they dont do cool wares, its' just the change as good as a rest of it all

 

Only just started studying for this after having a lot on in work. Really enjoying the content and you get a lot of training for free from ServiceNow. Is anyone on here certified in this tech?

 

Holding myself accountable to say that I need to get this exam sorted this year. I am very time poor of late but I can do it!

 

If any of you are in the ServiceNow world and want to study for the CSA exam:

It's recommended that you review the ServiceNow Fundamentals course via NowLearning and/or e-book if you took the course with a virtual instructor.

From there, you'd also review the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Exam Blueprint and make sure you register for a free ServiceNow Developer instance.

Once you have practiced through some labs (found on NowLearning or the Developer site directly) and possibly had experience with real world scenarios, you'll be good to go.

For the CSA exam, it's big on understand terms and definitions. So focus there.
