Hi,

Please advise, I am looking to purchase the self test practice exams for MCDST and Network+ as I am currently studying towards these exams.

As these a recommendable supplement to the MS book and Sybex books I am using. Has anyone used them and are they any good?

I havent used them yet as I am not that far into my studies, but transcender, preplogic, boson and measureup all do practice exams.

I used preplogic and transcender for my A+ and will probably use transcender for the N+.

 

Selftestsoftware is another one. Has a pass or money back guarantee and should cost less than Transcender. Think is owned by the same company (Kaplan) as Transcender.

 

It is, indeed! I have the battle scars to prove it.

Considering that I think only one person from the original Transcender team remains with the Kaplan team, it was pretty brutal.

 

Brutal enough to make me want to leave. The company is wholly and completely different from the company I started with in 2001.

 

And that person is a sales rep! I was the last of the original writers to depart, in 2005.
