Ive got my first ms exam next week (70-271) but when I booked it through prometric I didnt know anything about the deals and vouchers and second shot, I just went and paid for the one exam.
Is it too late for me to buy a second shot on my exam next week?

I'm almost certain you can only apply vouchers when you actually make the purchase.

 

You can cancel the exam, get refunded then buy an exam pack and rebook.
