Is anyone eagerly awaiting the outcome of this trial? It looks like a forgone conclusion that the case will get thrown out seeing as the SEC can’t prove even a single aspect of the Howey Test which confirms if something is a security or not.

While I think it will have wider implications for the whole of the crypto market, I personally don’t think we will see big gains in anything other than XRP but that’s just my theory. If Ripple do win the case it’s my hope that we will see XRP go to $3+. Let’s see, after almost two years it’s looking like it won’t be long now!
