What exactly is Microsoft’s criteria to retire exams?

    Here is an example:

    70-290 (Server 2003) August 14, 2003 : Scheduled to retire on July 31, 2013
    70-236 (Exchange 2007) February 26, 2007 : Retired September 30, 2012

So Microsoft have decided that Server 2003 should still be available but have ditched Exchange 2007 – what’s that about?

Personally I think both should be available. I still support several customers on Exchange 2007 and they have no plans to migrate to Exchange 2010 so keeping Exchange 2007 support skills up to date is a benefit to me and the guys that are doing the day to day support.

Might even email Microsoft for some more info…..
