why dont you encrypt your log in so he cant jump on your connection?

i.e choose wpa2 etc when going through the routers connection setup.

yep parental access should do it, or use something like cisco network magic where you can setup what times the pc can actually access the internet. You can take screenshots as well just in case he is watching anything naughty and you wan't to blackmail him with it! Nah just kidding.......ish. ;)

Or just get a router you can install DD-WRT/HyperWRT/Tomato/OpenWRT etc on - they can do all this for you and more.

Physical security is the best method! Straitjacket, (torture ??) and a good padlock (I have known Yale to be pretty hardy)!
