When it comes to MTAsall you need is the official MS book and MVA videos which are free. Isnt MTA a little noobish for you?

 

My work are putting me on a few courses starting with the above also Windows Server 2012.

Lucky, I wish my employer would invest in its staff. Are they putting you in classroom training?

 

Thanks for the links & advice guys. We have a subscription for CBT Nuggets which work pay for so am lucky in a way but I also want to get a book to read from. Any recommendations?

I second this, all you will need to pass is in the official MS book, I wouldnt even bother with CBT nuggets and head straight to the MVA videos, better to get the information direct from the source.
