Renewing Technet is doing my head in

Anyone tried renewing technet on the new site?

Microsoft sent me an invoice and instructions for a renewal, also with a voucher. I go into my account hit renew then select pro (other option is standard), it only gives me the media version (which i never had in the first place), I cant change it to the download version and the voucher doesn't appear to have any effect on the price.

When i do select the non media version from buy/renew page (instead of my accounts page) it tries to bill be the full price not a renewal.

Sorry Microsoft this sucks when you cant get a basic ordering system to work as it should.

I will have to phone up and order tomorrow.
